I prefer the loan statement to be accessible inside the app, display it directly in the page, without the need to download the document. I keep having problem downloading the statement, so I tried to access it through the myptptn portal, but it keeps throw an error "expired session" immediately after I logged in, really bad experience. Beside that, there is no transaction records in the app's mailbox for transactions eventhough I always made the payments through the app.

This app takes so long to login only as it shows a pop up of "muatnaik maklumat" but doesn't allow me to do so. Says upgrade but loads for long. I waited for 10 min just at the login page because it was loading the pop up of log masuk so long. PTPTN please do something about this. Don't just ask us to pay when the system is this bad. It's difficult to make payments too.

Move to close face to large, move to far face to small, literally my face already in the frame put face in frame, the problem is not my face, success recording but suddenly pengesahan eKyC gagal!! You know how hard just to make the system can record my face?? Did the system really go through UAT before publish to user? The older ptptn website is much more easier to used than this application. Please fix the system, pretty interface is useless if user cannot use all the functions.
