Booking tickets is easy but thats it. What i disliked about the app: 1) It gives million ways for you to order the food but there is not a single option for cancelling food. Which applies clearly that they are okay with the wastage of food. 2) App's help desk is just for show. There is no one beyond to help you there. Even if you go deep and open support ticket, they close the ticket without responding. Don't respond to me with AI generated Reply.

At the time when the amount got deducted there were 24 seats. But after struggling to key in the most complicated OTP , it showed a confirmed ticket with waitlist status. The login process after the deduction of amount is a horrible process. One should have a password of the user's choice but not the one randomly sent to the mobile number or to the email.

Booked thru railyatri thinking it's easy to use.But didn't know it's easier to get cheated. Opting for free cancellation option? it's absolutely not at all free and comes with a heavy cost!!!! Stay alert with this app. They charged me 1786/- for 4 tickets.Highest price I ever paid for a free option !!! Worthless
