poor service. locations are always inaccurate, freezes and force closes more often than it actually works. gives random spurious location readings (middle of the ocean, or fields hundreds miles away from the physical location.) slow to update, and one item constantly reads as 900 degrees operating temperature. 'old' app version from two weeks ago now appears to be unusable, but Play store still points the link to be updated as recent as yesterday with supposed bug fixes

The network coverage is poor and this causes vehicles to pause on the map a lot. The 4G version appears to be better, but no option to swap these without incurring more costs.

Worst customer service, sales perso. lied to get the sale, and when you need to speak to someone, it's next to impossible. sent emails, no one called or replied to emails. If I could rate this company, it would be negative.
