My frustration exists completely with the chat feature. I am having to restart the app, as well as restart my phone, multiple times a day to get chat messages to send. It happens in store during shopping and outside during delivery. My app is up to date. I often clear the app cache. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app multiple times. This is a daily issue since I started. For a business structured around the importance of timeliness, this is incredibly frustrating and inefficient.

Please please please tell me I'm not the only android user constantly having issues with taking pictures in the app!!! I am so tired of this please fix it. At least once if not all day I will get kicked out of the app trying to take a picture at delivery. It will do it over and over again while I have other orders to get to. I have had to drop orders over this. It waste time and money constantly!! It also counts against my stats which is completely unfair! I have submitted in app

The APP is super glitchy and the notifications are a joke. I'VE MISSED COUNTLESS ORDERS because the notifications don't make sound until you click on the notifications. So the alerts are pointless unless you're staring at the screen. The messaging part of the app is garbage too. It's really hard to communicate with your customers in real time
