I have used and loved this app for years. However, for the past week, I cannot cash out to PayPal. When I try, it sends me a verification code via text (this is new), but there is nowhere to put the code in, and it doesn't let me cash out. When I contacted shopkick about it, I was told to change my cash out option to something else and then put it back, but to no one surprise that didn't work. This needs to be fixed! And not by making people attempt to do a workaround that doesn't with anyway!

It used to work so well for Years, now I can't redeem, and it's been a week, and I have verified 4 times, and contacted support 17 times. It just keeps getting worse and worse every constant update, and they won't even fix the stuff we ask, I hate to say it, but it's going down hill anybody got other suggestions, all tech companies just copy each other, so what's the alternative Edit, it took 26 emails over 2 days, and verifying the phone number, 4 times, but it worked Edit: it stopped working

I requested PayPal gift card and it wouldn't submit my reward. I reported it to customer service and was told to pick another choice. I've been having consistent technical issues with ShopKicks. I'm starting to think this system is hacked or a scam. When you use the app you're spending your own time and money for rewards points just for them to tell you to they're having glitches. I've had so much difficulty submitting scanning receipts and requesting my gift cards. I use this app to earn.
