I frequently shopped and recommended STYLI, but my recent experience has been poor. After 14 days of false pickup notifications for a return, I followed their instructions to drop off items at a shipping branch. They processed the return for one order but ignored the other. Despite my emails since mid-March, I've only been told to wait with no updates. It's been nearly two months, and their lack of communication suggests they're hoping I'll forget about the issue. Extremely disappointing.

It's a good app but disappointed with return policy no contact no is available on app ..only what's app chat ...I hv return 2 garments 1 for size issue and another for side zip was not working properly...but I got only 1 dress refund..not for the 2nd very disappointed......and not able to contact or question anyone so it's bit risky to shop again from this app

The delivery system is bad because they didn't bring it to the correct location and I had to pick it up from there. Other than that, the quality of the products was fine.
