Wish I could put less than $10 on my account, but it's not a huge deal. The other issue is the notifications don't work if my phone is locked. It goes off as soon as I unlock my screen if the time has expired. I like having the ability to see when the load is going to finish though. I would like to be notified of a rinse cycle though, for fabric softener. I can't find those downy dispensers anymore.

The minimum reload amount is $10 even though a load of laundry only costs $2. They agreed to refund any leftover balance on my account, but I'd have to call every time I do laundry to avoid carrying a balance, and their TOS doesn't guarantee they'll honor this in the future. Passwords only allow alphanumeric characters so they don't even store credit card info securely. I wish I could just use quarters!

I like it better than trying to find quarters but these machines are worthless when the internet is down. That happens a lot. Wifi needs to be free, available at all sites with these machines.
