Ratings and reviews

Very unpredictable behavior. FAQ contains links that can't open, because they're built for a browser not this app. My reservation appears only if I use the "associate a reservation with my acccount" feature, but no where else. It never saves the info to my account, so I have to paste the reservation code in every time. Also, that means I can't modify the reservation, because that feature seems to exists only on the Upcoming Reservations page, which says I have none.

When it works, it's pretty nice. Very unintuitive, can't dispatch your truck until the exact time you reserved it and it doesn't tell you how to do it (like it promises to). I scoured the app for nearly an hour trying to figure it out to no avail. If you try the app, then I HIGHLY recommend you stand in the customer service line WHILE trying to figure it out; one way or another you'll get your vehicle hopefully on time.

App is so frustrating! Takes an eternity to find your location when picking up a truck during non-business hours. Just as others have experienced, when you follow the direction of the notification telling you to view and take pictures in landscape mode on your phone, it refreshes and everything you have worked on in the pick up process disappears with no apparent way of getting it back. So I was unable to do a proper pick up procedure.
