Ratings and reviews

1. While I'm registered as lotus member, the flights I buy from the app don't add my membership automatically + doesn't add the flight in upcoming flights monitor, which defeats the purpose of having the app. 2. several bugs reported that were not fixed, music stoping when app opening + no ability to enter a phone number that is not registered in Vietnam at Flight booking page.

For some reason booking flights option doesn't work at all so I have to use vn airlines website instead. Quite odd approach to such important application which is a face/first impression of Vietnam airlines for many people in the world. Maybe fpt is not the best developer for such kind of apps?!

Pretty worthless to me. Won't tell me which airport it services and won't tell when flights are available. After researching, I found out that VNA flies to SFO so I tried to book from there but I kept getting messages that flights are booked 3 days before and 3 days after. When I tried to move to another month, it tells me that there are no flights available. Totally worthless.
