Ratings and reviews

Max constantly has streaming issues. It's ridiculous that with the cost of this service, they can't seem to fix issues with shows stopping to load/buffer, and then there's the issue of the closed captioning not matching the actual dialogue. While the shows are great, it's definitely not worth having to stop and restart shows every 2-3 episodes. Edited to add: Okay, it's not just every few episodes, sometimes it's 4-5 times in a single episode. So stupid.

There's no speed up function. I find myself watching Netflix or YouTube because it allows 1.5x speed and 2.0x speed. Secondly, the rewind function is terrible. It doesn't let you tap it multiple times to rewind, let's say, 2 minutes at once. It lets you rewind 10 seconds at a time but you have to wait 10 seconds for it to rewind. So terrible.

SUCKS. A lot of glitches. After a commercial it starts the whole scene over on a show. It cuts off the last scene of shows. It starts the shows again at the start when you're near the end and stop the app to finish watching later. The buttons always pop up and don't go away unless you tap twice. Even when you turn off closed caption it comes back after every commercial or start of the next episode. If this app didn't come free with my phone service there is no way I would pay for it.
