Crashes constantly and won't let you add things. It's the worst. Update 7/6: The app has not worked for letting store associates know you are there for about 2 months now, and they refuse to admit there's an issue and fix it. The link texted to you also does not work. They tried to tell me it was because I had other windows open. I have turned everything off in the background, closed out all apps, and it still doesn't work. Useless service if you have to then call and go through stupid prompts.

I love Wegmans and the drive-up service is wonderful but the app needs some serious improvement. It's slow and laggy and on more than a few occasions I've had to call the store to let them know I'm there to pick up my order because the app has totally crashed. I've started using other grocery stores instead because their apps are so much smoother than this one.

It was never great but has gotten so much worse. Adding items to an order is a nightmare. You can't properly search or view details on things when adding to an order or picking subs. Can't review changes or check in anymore. It's total garbage now. It's a shame because the online order is the only reason I even shop here. If you want an example of an app that works look at Walmart. I can add items by just shopping normally and clicking "add to order".
