I've transferred 6000 dollar to another account, Unfortunately the recipient account was blocked. Normally if any transfer comes to a blocked account it automatically returns the sender account and the same happened when connected with the recipients account. However when I'm connected with the support team of Zen they were not responding for weeks,it took around 3-4 to give a responsd and at last they told they recieved the transfer and there is no return. Very bad experience.

Horrible verification process, I exceeded the numbers of attempts, their camera app blurs the photo of my id, the shot is crystal clear when I take it then it goes looking like it was taken with a toaster, instead of forcing me to use your app to take the photo you should let me select from gallery, seem like these people don't want customers, trash
