Ratings and reviews

July 2024. Can not link the card. App is not accepting Irish card. Can not boom the taxi without linked card. Pleas fix. App doesn't allow to register. I press on "register" - nothing happens. I've sent the email with problem description to support - no reply

Taxis booked through this app canceled last minute with no explanation. Pointless app if a confirmed booking doesn't work.

The new interface randomly uses different addresses and refuses to accept my actual home address. it looks fancy but the old app seemed to work better. Also when the app sends the driver to the wrong pick up point there is no way to contact the driver. Canceling the ride and booking again doesn't work because once you cancel a ride the lock you out.
