Ratings and reviews

Before it was good but from past few weeks the app is not even opening - some times it open or it just loads. Even if I do it in web - they tell me to verify in mobile app and this will not open so its been huge issue for me from the past few weeks - please solve it - no sure whats the problem. I tries also to uninstall and re-install again as well.

First bank application I see that doesn't allow to change the language. Also my card just arrived and for some reason I cannot add it to Google Pay 🤷🏻‍♂️ Bad experience in my first days. I might have made a mistake opening an account with this bank. If my experience changes I'll update the review, but for now too many restrictions. Not recommended.

The app is horrible by itself, but the main problem is their (inexistent) support. I've never seen something like it. I've been trying to close my account for 2 months now. I have sent multiple physical letters, which they ignored until I contacted them by message. Their conselours usually take one week to reply, when they copy and paste some text that does not answer your question at all. I AM UNABLE TO GET RID OF THIS BANK. Recomend it only to your enemies.

- Ajoutez un nouveau bénéficiaire de virement encore plus simplement ! Prenez en photo le RIB/IBAN de votre bénéficiaire puis confirmez les informations retranscrites automatiquement.
- Clients pro, il est maintenant possible de réaliser un virement permanent. Rendez-vous dans la rubrique Paiements > Faire un virement.
