For getting real brands at a discounted rate? Great! But the slowest at delivery & if you need to return something, you not only lose R69 rand when they collect your returns but my latest return was for one item out of 4, they deducted R69 for courier & the R50 credit THEY HAD GIVEN ME FOR A LONGER THAN USUAL DELAY ON A PREVIOUS ORDER. So they credited me as an apology, and then took back their credit when I returned 1 item out of 4 because it's their policy. Policy or not, it's disgusting

MyRunway is great. It just needs an option where you can return multiple items all at once, from different orders you've placed (with one return fee). Instead of paying multiple return fees for each item/s being returned in different orders

I went into this app blindly, without knowing it... I saw it online as an ad then I decided to try it out... And I have to say I'm very happy and pleased with the service and the products I've bought this far... Although some orders you might wait a bit longer than expected, but nonetheless they deliver and the goods come unharmed and still fresh and new...
