Age-related issues make it difficult to do this alone. (No smart phone, tremors, poor mobility) Definitely needed assistance, therefore also a catch-pan in the toilet. But for the assistant, very easy. Probably should warn user they have to be ready to void immediately before starting. 1st attempt failed with nothing to sample. 3 days later, success. (Assistant does not live with client.)

Details and explanations are very good -- excellent, in fact. An option to run the video faster (except for timers), as YouTube has, would save time for the user.

I was unable to do the first urine of the day. The kit and app are very user-friendly.
