I have had a very bad experience with yellowcard.io and my last transaction was completed but they never actually sent my money to my account. The same thing another time. l provided screenshots and bank statements but support just keeps playing games with me. l have all prove and it seems yellowcard.io is not legitimate. All I need is my money. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone else. I have tried all communication channels and this is my last option.

I am extremely disappointed with Yellowcard. I attempted to withdraw money from my account three days ago, and it still hasn't been processed. Their customer support is a joke; all I've received in response to my inquiries are automated, generic responses that resolve nothing. It's not just the delay that's the problem—it's their total disregard for customer service and failure to address issues promptly. This is a warning to potential use. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

It is such a great app, yellowcard makes it so easy to switch from usdt,btc,sol to naira and vice versa. But it is not quite seamless it's not just there yet. Yellowcard you're close but you're not there yet,Keep up the good work. I have it a 3 star because the app hangs sometimes
