I ordered the command and didn't get it, null delivery system, no arrival date is communicated, null app, too slow, very bad service in general.

What a horrible experience! The app displays a pop-up dialog whenever I open it. If I'm on a specific category and click back, the app freezes. I need to close it and reopen it again.

My experience with this app has been disappointing. The absence of Arabic or English language options is a significant oversight for a Moroccan company targeting Moroccan customers. The lack of detailed product information and an ineffective search bar further diminish the user experience. Until essential changes, especially the addition of Arabic language support, are made, I won't be making any purchases through this app.
