Works okayish most of the time. But once in a while it requires to delete the app cache. I heard some users need to delete the app and reinstall. I didn't find that useful to do. Clearing the cache works most time. This is not acceptable for a bank app. Please, FIX YOUR CODE. Tell these product owners whoever they are to stop nonsense and fix tech debt.

They require you to use face biometrics just to check virtual card CVV, or to issue a new virtual card. They deny requests on what is the legal reason for that. They say if you don't want to provide your biometrics just issue a physical card. At the same time they still do not support multi currency cards so you'll have to pay for every card you issue. App is laggy. Also it has no backwards compatibility if they decided to upgrade you have no choice other then upgrade. It can be very unusefull.

It has disconnected and can't get into my account without a MD phone number. I'm abroad and can't have access to my own money. The bank didn't help me in anyway as they say I must return to Moldova to be able to solve this problem. I'm very disappointed. I can't travel back every time the app gets disconnected by itself.
