Ratings and reviews

There is some frustration in that there is very little information required to set up a profile beyond a photo and a few sentences. I want to date a person, not just a photo! The voice feature is quite good! First used Match over 20 years ago with success! However, it felt easier to navigate then than it does now! Quite a number of things are hidden or not intuitive!

I signed up to a monthly subscription and feel like it's a complete waste of money! I keep getting asked to "boost my profile" which will increase visibility and get more likes but of course this comes at a cost, now I'm stuck paying for months and it's proving really difficult to be able to cancel my renewal as the app doesn't have that function so I'm now concerned I'm going to continue to be charged, it's very basic even though I'm paying £9.99 a month and that's a discounted rate!

Without being sentimental the app is only interested in getting you to subscribe and your location doesn't matter even if you set less than 5 miles people from 100mls away shows on your profile. They encourage you to pay for boost, what I don't understand is why the matches don't message each other is like the messages don't get to them or maybe the app needs you to pay again. This app is a waste of money and time I won't recommend it to anyone.
