This is a very frustrating app that is not user friendly. I installed the mobile app and it was never able to read my passport code. I tried to do it manually but it would not give me the option to put in the year for expiration. I then tried to complete it on my PC. It says I already have a visa, but when I search for it, it says no visa on record. Also, my room mate, Esther James was not able to complete hers, as it would not take a photo. I am to travel on November 7. No luck getting it

Don't use this app. This app messed up my name. It didn't show my name as messed up until I'd paid and I received my pending email. It processed quickly with the wrong name, even though it didn't match my passport name - not even close. I called NZeTa to try to change it. They told me only rare circumstances get a refund. Turns out, this isn't exceptional to them. I had to pay twice and pay $54.00 in phone charges trying to fix their error. I wonder how many they scam this way.

I had to restart the application twice because the app wipes my data if I don't complete the whole application within 20 minutes or so. I finally got ready to pay, entered 3 different credit cards, and none would go through. I just kept hitting the pay button and nothing happened!! Edit: Looks like the app is under maintenance now. Hopefully the issues are fixed when I try again tomorrow. 🤞 EDIT AGAIN: YAY! It works now! Thank you for patching.
