Good on tracking loan payment but really a huge hassle and very inconvenient when using for loan applications. The fill up menus are awful and are wonky. The drop down menu is incomplete and only limited, I had to refresh a lot of times but still, it does not show more options. I hope you fix the application more and try to check more bugs/details. Thanks!

I don't understand what happened. I am a good payer and always pay my loans in advance. However, after I closed my Home Credit credit card because I wasn't using it and was paying monthly identity theft insurance, I stopped receiving loan offers. I have many plans to use my Home Credit account for purchasing a mobile phone and appliances, but now I can't. I have a stable job, a good source of funds, and I am not a delinquent payer. What's happening, Home Credit?

The app works in terms of loans but your OTP sending is flawed. I accidentally got locked out of my account since I mistakenly entered a wrong pin. When I tried to request an OTP to my phone number to unblock my account, I didn't receive any text message/viber message at all. Now I can't even purchase load using Qwarta.
