Payment processing is absolutely horrible! Worst I've seen on any app ever! Needed to book 5 trips within Poland. Somehow able to get 3 confirmed and paid for after probably 10 attempts, but was never able to get payment confirmed for last 2, despite trying 20-30 combinations of credit, debit, Google play, etc. This is unacceptable and has wasted hours of my time. How about hiring devs that actually know what they're doing?!

After download the app, i open to setup, but cannot complete to accept terms of service to finish and begin to search for train.... cannot use the app until I complete this, it just starts over and over. Very frustrated with this process...

Poor application. Years behind similar apps in Europe. No option to see if the train is late, no notifications about it. Often errors in the app during use. No option the see the seats in the train after you purchase the ticket. I've been using the app every week for the last 2 years, and it doesn't seem like to be changed or developed. I suppose this is what happens when it's monopoly, and no competition. You will have to to use this app with this company anyway.
