One of the worst apps l've ever used for moner transfer. I sent money to my home country account through this app, and even after 24 hours, it hasn't been credited. When I tried contacting their customer care, all they kept saying was, 'Sorry for the delav, it will be credited,' with no proper explanation or esolution. If you need to send money instantly avoid using this app. Very disappointing experience."

A payment of more than £1,500 got stuck. The customer service is terrible. They stated an agent would join in 4–6 minutes. I waited for more than 45 minutes without anyone joining and had to leave the chat. Remitly is much faster and provides much better customer support.
