When pausing a stream and then trying to restart it, it never works, gets hooked up and shows timeout or other errors. Only restarting phone helps

Hmm, that obviously shouldn't be the case - and I can't seem to recreate the issue either. I can see that you have an older version of Android, and we only support the latest two versions, so 13 and 14. Is it possible for you to upgrade?

The playback is often unstable and stops completely, especially playing Paramount plus. I have tried it on google tv and android. I have cleared caches, uninstalled it, rebooted routers. Nothing helps. However, absolutely no problems with 4 other streaming apps on the same devices. I have even tried the browser version in chrome, and same problem. I don't think its the app but the back end servers.
