To get your BMI, BFP, BMR and Daily calorie requirement, simply input your gender, age, height and weight. Please select either metric units or imperial units.
★ BMI is a measure of whether you're a healthy weight for your height. Specifically, the value obtained from the calculation of BMI is used to categorize whether a person is underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese depending on what range the value falls between.
★ BFP calculation takes your gender, age, weight and height and calculates the percentage of fat in the body. The equation used is based on BMI. Entering body circumferences (neck, abdomen) allows the use of a new and most accurate equation.
★ BMR estimates how many calories you'd burn if you were to do nothing but rest for 24 hours. It represents the minimum amount of energy needed to keep your body functioning, including breathing and keeping your heart beating.
★ The Daily calorie requirement is based on your activity level (Sedentary, Light Active, Moderately Active, Very Active, Extra Active).
