Napp connects families to qualified babysitters from vetted and background checked profiles of committed and trusted candidates.
Booking is simple and all payments are automatic. Post your wants as a family, or availability as a babysitter, connect, and confirm. It’s that simple.

Our sitters understand and uphold Napp standards to the fullest. This comes with the understanding that when we’re entrusted with littles, in your home, a family pet’s welfare and cleanliness and upkeep of their surrounding environment is also a responsibility. Of course, allergies and fears are respected and filtered as we take steps to match only the most qualified sitters to families’ homes and vice-versa.
Most importantly, Napp is the the brainchild of two professional nannies, who listened to a network of families, neighbors, sitters, and small business owners, each insisting on the design and development of the Napp app. While the Baltimore community served as its HQ, word of mouth, a stellar reputation and a genuine love for high-quality childcare fueled and grew the demand. Napp is now proudly servicing Baltimore, MD (and surrounding counties), Denver, CO and Tampa, FL.
