They cancel my reservation a few hours before departure. I was just about to sleep. Do not trust freenow+.

During my trip, the driver did not give me an invoice, and he chose a longer route, which resulted in a higher cost. The company employee can only apologise, but cannot help. Any other taxi service is better than this. I would not recommend them to anyone! 🤬

Useless. I added 3 payment methods and all failed (even revolut that was successfully verified by the app minutes prior) in the moment I HAD to call a taxi to reach the airport after a railway issue. Don't. Ever. Use
