SISTEMA DI PRENOTAZIONE RIDICOLO! Non si possono comprare due biglietti contemporaneamente e non è possibile capire quanti biglietti sono disponibili. Ecco le due risposte automatiche del customer service:"Capisco la tua frustrazione riguardo all'acquisto del secondo biglietto premium. Quando il selettore di biglietti non permette di aumentare la quantità, significa che non ci sono sessioni disponibili per quella data. Ti consiglio di provare con un'altra data o fascia oraria" SCHERZIAMO!?!?!?

L'app non ti consente di utilizzare i voucher che ti inviano direttamente loro. Non funzionano neanche online. Ho chiamato l'assistenza ma non hanno idea di come risolvere il problema. Alla fine ho dovuto acquistare a prezzo pieno.

Pessima app e pessimo sito Non esiste un carrello, assurdo in un e-commerce !! Per prendere biglietti di differente tipologia devi fare più transazioni con il rischio di non trovare più disponibilità. Pessima e non funzionante selezione delle date ed orari nel calendario. Devi tutte le volte riavviare l'app o il browser. Per cortesia, non sostenete più eventi. Preferivo il salasso di ticketone. Ma almeno era facile e funzionava.
