Track your transactions and invoices, with the option to create expense reports for more efficient accounting management. You can easily change the IBAN associated with your Telepass account, update the license plates of vehicles paired with the device, and manage your personal data securely.

Support in the event of unexpected events

The Telepass app is not only a way to manage services and payments, but also a valuable ally in the event of unexpected events. If you lose your device, for example, you can report it and block it immediately in the app, requesting a replacement. Ratings and reviews

Nothing works. Correcting a typo in the plate number? Error. Renaming the car? Error. Removing the car to create a new correct one? Error. And it's been like that for months, so it's not a once-off system error. Update: sent an email as requested in the reply. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. No answer after a month. Total rip-off. 🤷🏻

Nothing works in this app. I can't download the PDF invoices, I can't see my movements, my contracts. The invoices doesn't show up in the Agenzia Entrate (I guess because I'm a private person, but that shouldn't stop anyone to present a detailed invoice). Telepass, a telephone call won't solve this issue, this is a generic problem in your system.

Complete garbage! Can’t download invoices because it always says "Oops! error, try again" since months (zero transparency, consumer rights trampled!), and adding a vehicle doesn't work. The most important functionalities don't work. Avoid wasting time writing them: they don't reply to customers. Classic Autostrade —avoid if you value honesty or a functioning service!
