アシスタントＡＩの質の低さに閉口。Adobeの技術は信用していたが、こればかりはお世辞にも良いとは言えない。レスポンスの遅さ、フリーズの多さ、融通の悪さ、回答の無責任さ、これで年間１万は高過ぎる。課金してしまった以上、１年は使うが、そのあとも更新するかは今後の改善次第。

有料版を購入した途端、フリーズしてログインできなくなった。 その上、解約したはずが支払い通知が来る。 使用できないものを提供した上で、料金請求をするのはどうかと思う。 星1も付けたくない。

流行りなのかは知らないがやたらとaiアシスタントや生成要約をゴリ推してくる。書類が隠されるので単純に邪魔。オンオフの切り替えも含めて消せるのかも解らない状態。2025/08時点で調べては見たが対処法は見つからない。コミュニティでは同様の質問や相談も目立つ状況。 ReaderならReaderらしく只々閲覧以外の機能を使わない様に切り替えさせて欲しい。 目玉となる新機能もアピールしたいだろうし、売上が欲しいのも解る。解るのだが余りにもユーザーを置いてきぼりにしているように感じてしまう。 可もなく不可もなくを星3として使い勝手の悪さからマイナス1した。
