仕事でも私用でも5年以上使わせていただいております。 不具合なのか、スマホ自体の容量不足や機種が古くなりサポート外になってしまったのか数日前から【画像をアップロードできない】【作った画像をいつまでもダウンロードできない】状態が続いております。機種はXperia 10 SOG04、Android、アプリのアップデートは最新版です。 キャッシュ消去、スマホの再起動は既に何度試しています。 アプリの権限も全て許可になっています。

プロジェクトを開いてからの、読み込みが長すぎる。3分以上待つとかはザラにある。プロジェクトを閉じ、また別のプロジェクトを開こうとすると読み込み長くて開けず、既にCanvaのアプリを起動した状態で、Canvaのリンクからほかのデザインを開こうとすると読み込みが長く固まり……WiFiがある環境ですらこのザマ。ろくに開けないくせに月額1000円も取られる。200円ならギリ許せるけどさ…… 追記:金払ってるのに読み込みが遅いの治ってない！！！！！！！クソアプリが！！！！！

有料で使わせていただいてます。普段は問題なく使えてますが、動画を編集する為にスマホアプリで使用する時、動画のアップロードでかなりバグる事が多いです…ので、星3つ。(アップロードされてても、動画編集画面でずっとクルクルしてたり) PCでは問題なく使えていますので助かっております。気持ちは星5つですが、動画編集をもっとサクサクできたらいいなと思いました。
