子供が幼稚園に通っていた際、よくこのアプリを利用していました。家にWi-Fi設備とプリンターがあれば、このアプリで可愛いぃイラストや写真が入ったチラシや名刺やお誕生日やイベント事のカードなどが、保存しておけば、無料で印刷できたりしてましたが、もう、無料で利用するには、1ヶ月とかお試し利用でしか利用できません。その為、課金登録してからじゃないと利用できない事と、前は以前に作った物がそのままアプリを開けば出てきていた為、少し編集してからまた印刷したい！って事もできましたが、今は出来なくなってます。また1から作らないといけなくなってるのも不便に感じた為、アンインストールするつもりです。

問題なく使えていたのに１ヶ月前から困ったことが起きています。動画編集中は音が聞こえているのにダウンロードしてギャラリーから確認すると動画の音声だけが消えている。途中から音が消える物もある。後付けのBGM等は流れるが人の声等は再生されない。どういうことなんでしょうか。時間かけて編集したのに最終のダウンロードで全て水の泡になる…、本当に腹立たしいです。問い合わせフォームにいれてもAIで回答するだけで何も解決できなかったです。 なにか不具合でも起きているのでしょうか？

最高のコンテンツがあるのにとても勿体ないです。 以前の方が使いやすかったです。 画像や動画作成中に何十回アプリが落ちるのですか。 正直アプリ落ちすぎです。 アプリが重いのか利用者が多くて回線がパンクしているのか分からないですが その対処を早急にお願いしたいです。 あまりにもアプリ落ちすぎです。 編集ができません。 本末転倒です。 あと作成した画像や動画をダウンロードをしてる間あと何%で終わるのか表示がほしいです。 それから作成した動画を保存しようとしたらとてつもなく時間がかかってしまいます。動画はどんな画質であっても時間が短くても携帯にダウンロードできません。動画を圧縮してもっと短い時間でダウンロードができるようにしてほしいです。
