Canvaの最新アップデート後、Instagramストーリー用の編集で、画像を縮小して画角内に収める操作ができなくなりました。 以前は、画像全体をストーリー比率の中に収めるように縮小配置し、できた余白をAI補完などで自然に埋める編集ができていました。 しかし現在は、画像を拡大して切り取る前提のような仕様になっており、全体の構図を残したい場合に非常に不便です。 拡大トリミングだけではなく、以前のように画像を縮小して自由に配置できる仕様を戻してください。 今回の変更は、編集の自由度が下がった改悪だと感じます。

意図せずcanvaビジネストライアルが始まってしまい、キャンセルができません。トライアル期間中にキャンセルができないと自動的にcanvaビジネスコースで継続されるみたいです。 キャンセル方法を問い合わせても正しい方法が表示されません。 とても困っています。一回お支払いしないとキャンセルできない仕様なのでしょうか。

無料でも充分な機能を利用でき、助かっています。ひとつ気になるのが、Instagramへ投稿する際に、テキスト(文字)の改行がずれて、デザインが崩れてしまう場合があることです。どちらのアプリの不具合？か分かりかねますが、改善をお願いできればと思います。 【2026.1.20追記】googleフォトへ保存する際にも上記のような不具合が見られるようになりました。 具体的には、 ①文字の改行位置のズレ ②背景素材と前面の画像の配置が逆になる。 ③画像を２つ以上、重ねて配置した場合に前面と背面が逆になる。【2026.4.3追記】wifiでも「読み込みに時間がかかっています」というメッセージが画面の下部に表示され、利用できない時があります。
