Just after 10min of booking time, the driver cancelled my booking ignoring my text messages begging to wait, leave me at the road side in an unfamiliar country at 3 AM. In addition, the worst part is; the transfer was actually cancelled by driver but it was not cancelled in their system, so they didn't refund me. I just wasted 22EUR to be stressed out. Mysteriously, email never reached a customer service, also phonecall to them didn't help me. The worst experience about online booking service.
