I'm trying to connect my old phone but it keeps prompting me to upgrade and that there's a limit of 5 connections.. I haven't connected anything yet. App doesn't work.

Hello avica team I have recently subscribed to pro version of avica because i like the trail version when i first used it and it let me play my fav game from my pc on my phone , so i bought subscription and now i can't connect my same pc to my same mobile it says you have reached your channel limit please buy more channels or disconnect from ongoing session. Plz help me fix it. At least trail version let me play but the pro version doesn't

10000rs. Subscription??? Are u serious??? That's like 100 dollars no? Other apps like moonlight and steam link are free plus without subscription this app is useless as they don't even give a basic on screen gamepad touch controls. And not to mention you have to actually own a good network and phone to run the app and atleast another 10or20k pc and the picture quality is not even as good as moonlight which is free . You guys are being ridiculous.
