* The automatic balance update of nanaco and WAON is reflected once a day, and Edy is reflected three days later. For other cards, the balance is updated only when reading.

Ratings and reviews

If you use an Android phone then you can only use a physical IC card and this app is super useful for checking IC card balance on the go, instead of waiting for next use at station gates or purchases. It also helps with keeping track of all transactions made with a card. Can check multiple cards for the whole group with the app installed on only a single phone. Definitely helps with planning card use to ensure minimum leftover funds at the end of the trip!

Quick, simple and does what it says it does. Wasn't sure if it would work on my UK phone (Pixel 6a), as the NFC chip system is different to Japanese Android phones, but it does. One of the other reviews mentioned no English text, but the app is in English. The station names in recent transactions are in Japanese, so maybe that's what they meant. What would be a nice addition would be making the recent transaction text selectable, so it can be copied into Google Translate.

Works as described. Was hesitant about this working but it was able to pull up balance and transactions that I had from cards back in 2020. Ads aren't too annoying given the benefit of the app.
