무료체험후 구독취소부탁드립니다 구독은 바로취소했는데 과금이되었습니다 사용을 안하는데 모르고 무료체험을 신청했는지 바로 구독취소 했는데 환불요청드립니다 아니면 그냥 한달치만 내고 나머지는 환불부탁합니다

언제든 결제 취소가능하다고 되어있고 무료체험기간도 쓰여있고 신청하고 1시간도 되지않아 취소했습니다. 근데 왜 결제가 되는거죠? 무료체험기간은 말만 써놓거고 실제 결제가 되는건가요?
