It's worth the money. One feature I would like to see added is the ability to freely adjust the number of main exercises. For my upper body split routine, I'd like to add barbell rows, but currently, the maximum number of main exercises is limited to two (bench press and overhead press). As a result, I can only add barbell rows as an accessory exercise. I wish barbell rows could be treated as a main exercise, so the weight can dynamically adjust based on PR and 1RM, just like the other main
Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Please tap Menu, Templates, Cog icon, barbell rows, check "Use 5/3/1 percentages". Enter1RM and save.
