1.Sleep Monitoring & Health Data recording
The APP keeps records in sleep monitoring through smart watch; divides different sleep stages; evaluates sleep quality; heart rate monitoring, all-day pressure monitoring.
2.Synchronize the number of steps, calories, walking distance, activity time, and effective standing times recorded on the watch.
3.Sports mode
Be able to initiate exercise from the APP and the synchronization of more than 100 types of exercise data from smart watches.
4.Be able to push Call alert, SMS notifications, Missed call notifications, third party application notifications and Bluetooth calling.
5.Be able to input frequent contacts and quick reply phrases via App.
Dialing/ answering/rejecting calls and quick reply via smart watch.
6.Be able to set alarm clock, sedentary reminder, hand-washing reminder, medication reminder, relaxation reminder, event reminder, calorie target reminder, step target reminder, activity distance target reminder for the watch via the App.

No longer receiving notifications from some apps. In my case, WhatsApp and Gmail, the two I actually need the most. Yes, I made sure notifications are enabled for them. The watch also occasionally loses connection. I don't know if it's a problem with the watch or my phone, but this doesn't happen with any of my other Bluetooth devices. Edit: Seems like the push notifications are coming through now, so I raised my rating. But the watch keeps losing connection a lot.

I've been holding off on rating this app, in the hopes that tech support would update the app to fix my problems. But it's been over a month since I reported that I am only sporadically receiving notifications, and never receiving notifications for email. Tech support let me know that they had received a number of similar reports. But so far, there's been no progress or change at all. I'm very frustrated and disappointed!

Downgrading from 3 to 1 star. I have waited months for a fix on sleep monitoring. Not everyone has their set schedule. Now the watch won't sync with the phone/app. Restarted both phone and watch. App is up to date. Looking elsewhere. I want to sleep monitor, I work night shifts and I want to track exercise. And the watch band has given me a local skin reaction.
