I've used this app with the watch a few times on long walks and runs. It glitches out and doesn't register the entire workout. It's done this more times than it hasn't done it. So frustrating. Always in the same location of my run. Also: I've changed the setting on my Bluetooth to "forget" this watch (temporarily, to save battery life), and every two minutes I get a request to pair with the watch. The phone has been asked to FORGET this Bluetooth connection, it shouldn't ask to connect at all.

After two months the device battery stopped holding a charge and has to be charged every 4 to 6 hours. Zero response from support. Very frustrating. Update: Finally able to speak with customer service. Device was replaced immediately as it was defective. Current device held a charge for 10 days without needing to be charged, and works much more accurately. Steps and heartrate are not completely accurate but that is normal for many devices.

Honestly, this app was a little confusing at first, but after a couple days, I got everything working properly. Some exercises will time out if it goes over a half hour and I leave the bluetooth range, but that's my fault, and it still registers the calories and whatnot. Overall, a really solid experience. Alexa usually works fine, and the sensors on the watch itself work well, unless I'm extremely sweaty after a run. For $50 USD or less, this thing is awesome.
