I bought Crystal Pods for my S21 Ultra. They never worked with the app. They very rarely connected to the app and when they did and there was an update or something, they would just crash the app and disconnect them from the app. They still work alone without the app and sound really good. I had received the same ones for Christmas recently and set them up in hopes that they would work with the app. They don't. I would really like this fixed as there are some settings that I want to adjust.

Here is the real deal, everybody. I like these A1 earbuds a lot. However, in the TOZO app you are REQUIRED to watch a full screen advertisement before using the app. It would be OK if you had a banner playing an ad at the bottom or top of the app while I was able to use the app the application but a full lockout until you are done forcing me to watch your ads? Nope. I am sending these back to Amazon even though the actual phones are good.

Literally does nothing. I have T10s. They connect easily to the phone and I can use them but the left earbud has audio/connection issues. I was wanting to check if there's a firmware update or something that might help. The app can't see them at all though. I have rebooted the phone factory reset the headphones. Disconnected, forgotten the connection, added them back, etc over and over and nothing works. The app just does nothing at all. It's literally pointless.
