Build your supplement stack, track every vitamin, and stay consistent with simple offline reminders. DailyStack helps you organise supplements, monitor adherence, manage refills, and prepare a 30-day report for a healthcare appointment. Everything stays on your phone.
BUILD YOUR SUPPLEMENT STACK
Add each supplement with its dose amount and unit — mg, mcg, IU, g, ml, capsules, tablets, drops or scoops — the times of day you take it, and whether it goes with food or on an empty stomach.
NEVER MISS A DOSE
Reminders arrive at each dose time, grouped so everything due at 8am is one notification rather than five. Mark a dose taken, skip it, or snooze thirty minutes when you are mid-something.
MANAGE REFILL DATES
Enter how many units are in the bottle and DailyStack works out your real days of supply from your actual schedule — doses per day, rest days, and cycles all counted. It warns you once before you run out, rather than asking you to guess a refill date yourself.
TRACK ADHERENCE
A month calendar tinted by how much of each day's stack you took, a perfect-day streak, and adherence over 7, 30 and 90 days. Tap any day to see exactly which doses were taken, skipped, or missed.
CYCLE SUPPLEMENTS
Schedules that match how people actually take things: every day, specific weekdays, or cycles of days on and days off. Off-days show as nothing scheduled rather than counting against your adherence.
BOTTLE PHOTOS & EXPIRY DATES
A photo per supplement so you always know which brand and batch you are on, plus an optional expiry date on anything that goes off.
COMBINATION NOTES
When you add a supplement that pairs with something already in your stack, DailyStack shows a short note about it — such as iron and calcium competing for absorption, or vitamin C helping iron uptake. Drawn from public NIH Office of Dietary Supplements material, covering common supplements only.
EXPORT A 30-DAY REPORT
A PDF summary of your stack and your adherence over the last 30 days, for a doctor or pharmacist appointment.

No account, no sign-in, nothing uploaded. Every screen, reminder, chart and export works without a connection.
