This is extremely disappointing and greedy. Snapchat basically locked my Memories and now expects me to pay just to access my own photos and videos. These are my personal memories, not some premium feature. Taking away access and putting it behind a paywall is unfair and unacceptable. On top of that, customer support is useless and gives no real answers. This kind of practice completely destroys trust in the app.

Why do we have to pay for MEMORIES?! bring back free storage!
