Marking a significant development for heating appliances and the plumbing and heating industry, the Benchmark Commissioning and Warranty Validation Service Record has been digitised with the introduction of a dedicated app for heating engineers.

The app is designed to:
- Digitise the Benchmark checklist and remove unnecessary paperwork
- Provide access to vital servicing and maintenance history
- Strengthen relationships between homeowners and engineers
- Generate trust and highlight the importance of regular servicing
- Showcase great installations
- Provide a record of the heating appliance’s history

The app will allow users to fill out the Benchmark checklist on their phone at the time of installation, and as data is added to the app Installers will be able to quickly access the history of the system they are working on.
