How Are We is a global community of people taking care of their wellbeing, continouslyyy!

Whether it's a good day, a bad day or something in between - we all check in at least once to share how we feel. [Don't worry, its super easy to do using our cutting-edge emoji slider. Yep, it's the height of innovation.]

Every feeling we share gets converted into a score. These "feeling scores" are trackable on your personal graph which is useful because it gives you a birds-eye view of how you've been doing throughout the week. Now, I don't know about you but I'm pretty good at pretending I'm "fine" when I'm not - and numbers don't lie - so get ready for the truth honey!

Oh, and the graph is pink which makes it infinitely more fun IMHO.

But wait, there's more...

Once you share your feeling, you unlock the ability to see how the entire community is feeling around the world in real-time! You'll find an average score for the planet and how we've been doing over the past week.

This is the first score of its kind: A global wellbeing score. One which governments, organisations and us regular folk can use to understand how we're doing as a society, so we can keep making change for the better.

Being human isn't easy, but together we can lighten the load. Share your feelings with family and friends. And, if you need a lil extra support, tap the "Get Help" button in the 'Story' section.
