The function of this application is to resolve the complaints by the resolver without delay in time. All the pending/unresolved complaints related to a particular sub-division can also be viewed by the user to take a particular action against it. User of the app can also perform the activities against the broken manhole cover/desilting etc in which before and after picture is also captured. Activities performed by the users can also be monitored/tracked which assists in the evaluation of the town.
