A customised sales and service mobile application made for the organisation bindwel.
The service side of app provides 2 user roles
Service coordinator and service engineer.

Service coordinator :
- Can create and update ticket for the customer,
- Assign engineer to ticket,
- manage all the ticket and engineer.

Service engineer :
- complete the ticket,
- fill the service report and submit,
- A pdf report will be generated after submitting.

Both roles can view the already completed ticket details and the service report in pdf format.
