You have to left the car in the same place where you rented it. In my opinion it's against carsharing apps idea. It's better to rent a car at some rental place then where prices are much cheaper. Anything else is ok, car in good condition, customer service answers fast.

I have been waiting for the authorization of my driving license for 2 weeks. After calling the hotline, I was informed that the photo was taken incorrectly. The lady at the hotline said that I should edit it, but the application does not give me this option. Pls help me

The general idea is great, but their customer service is useless Automatic and speaking directly to the agent I was low on fuel and had to get it not on their approved petrol station. I had send the pictures of the receipt several times and I still haven't seen my money !! Which is a day light robbery I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PUT PETROL USING THEIR FUEL CARD ONLY!!!
