Comprei um bilhete on line e a plataforma trocou o porto de embarque.Depois de ter pago,reparei e fiz de tudo para cancelar, não me ajudaram nesse sentido.Paguei por uma viagem que não fiz,tendo tempo de poderem vender o meu bilhete,repito,foi troca da plataforma no lugar de embarque,erro meu não ter verificado melhor,mas poderiam quando solicitado,anular a minha compra.

Realmente cumpre com o que promete. Política de cancelamento rápida e fácil de usar.

It works until you needed help from customer service. If anything goes wrong in your trip: good luck, you're on your own. Better to use some other app don't charge fees (which should give provide a better service to redbus).
