It's the worst delivery service,delivery agents are lying, not attempting calls and deliveries, switching off phones, not seeing payment status. And it happens again and again, in different cities, in different states Delhivery proving status of the worst delivery service company and company management is not trying to improve anything, they are only thinking about how to fill their pockets. This is the company who doesn't respect time of clients and destroying their mental health.Reply below⬇🤡

Shipment delayed beyond tolerable limit. It is not once but too frequent that it has happend. Edit: 1 (No support whatsoever was provided for 10 days despite creating a ticket for the delayed shipment. Eventually I had to collect it from that hub after arguing so much.)

I can't speak for other Delhivery hub but the one who is near my locality (Delhi Road, Sonipat) is damaging this business so badly. Packages sit there for 15-20 days just to get delivered within 5 kms distance. They would send 'Out for Delivery' status and don't deliver on the same day but 2-3 days later. When approached they tend to argue, insult and demean people. It's not once that it happend but too often that made me avoid this logistics service as much as possible.
