I really regret my decision in choosing ACT. I paid for a new connection and after that my connection is not even activated and I didn't any proper response from ACT sales persons and the site engineer who just kept the router. Worst customer service ever, no one will give you an update about your issue, untill you follow up with them each and every time. ACT may give good internet but if there is an issue or challenge in fixing your internet connection then this is the worst ever company.
